Effective from 2 October 2026.

Below is a short summary of how we process your personal data, as required by Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"). The details, including a description of cookies, are in our privacy policy.

How can you contact us?

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

Where does your data come from and what is it?

We get it from you: from the contact forms (first name, email address, phone number, your message), from emails and phone calls and, if we work together, the data needed to carry out the work and issue an invoice. With your consent we also collect analytics and advertising data stored in cookies.

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry, and without invoicing details we cannot enter into a contract.

  • replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote, trial or test - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) or, when you contact us on behalf of a company or institution, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • automatic confirmation of your enquiry and spam protection of the forms - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • entering into and performing a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • invoicing, tax and accounting - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
  • establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • visitor statistics (Google Analytics) and measuring and personalising Google ads - your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

What legitimate interests do we pursue?

Answering enquiries and staying in touch with the people who represent our clients, protecting the website and forms from abuse and, where necessary, establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims.

How long do we keep your data?

  • enquiries and correspondence - until the matter is closed and, if we do not go on to work together, no longer than 12 months after our last contact,
  • data related to a contract - for its term and then until any claims become time-barred,
  • accounting records - for as long as tax law requires, as a rule 5 years,
  • analytics and advertising data - until you withdraw your consent (Google Analytics keeps data for 14 months).

Who do we share it with?

The companies that help us run the website and our business: Railway Corporation (hosting), Resend - Plus Five Five, Inc. (sending the emails from the forms), Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads, reCAPTCHA, Google Maps), our email and IT provider and, if we work together, our accountants, lawyers and courier companies. Public authorities may also receive data where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Is data transferred outside the European Economic Area?

Yes, it may be transferred to the United States, where Railway, Resend and Google are based or have infrastructure. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Do we make automated decisions?

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects for you. If you consent to advertising cookies, Google may tailor ads to your interests.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time ("Cookie settings" in the footer), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to service@anti-slip.io. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
